Oh BOY!
August 1, 2008We had a wonderful little outing tonight! C is going to be in a karate tournament next weekend, so he needed a cup. That’s right a cup for an almost 4 year old! I didn’t even know they made them for little boys. So we go down to the mall, have some dinner and go to the sporting goods store to find a cup. It was actually easier to find than I thought. Yeah mom…mission accomplished! So now for the funny part. We stopped in at the gap, and while mom and I are discussing long pants, and what size he will need for the winter, darling C tells the lady at the gap that he got a “wiener protector”! I thought she was going to cry she was laughing so hard. We got a pretty good laugh too!
It’s August….
August 1, 2008do you know what that means? Someone is going to be 4 soon! We’ve got a lot going on this month, so I’ll do my best to get some photos up soon…I have a bunch ready to post, just no time to add them when I’m at home. Back to the birthday boy…he is having a party on the Sunday after his birthday at our house (invitations will be in the mail soon!). He’s been working on a birthday wish list, and I’ll add to it whenever I can. But for now, here’s what’s on his list:
1) a “big” teenage mutant ninja turtle truck (he saw it at target)
2) a “big” nascar with the fin (that means the 2008 model, and Jeff Gordan #24 is still his
favorite driver, with Dale Jr. #88 in close second) * also at target*
3) anything star wars
4) art/drawing supplies ( he really wants paint) (washable please!)
5) books (mom’s idea- but he loves learning about dinosaurs, bugs, snakes, trucks, nascars…all
things boy!)
6) t-shirts with all things boy (hulk, spiderman, speed racer, transformers etc.) Size 4 or 5.
That’s all I can think of for now…but I’m sure there’s more.
